Business Development Role

  • Business development experience – minimum 3 years of telephone experience
  • SAS industry experience
  • Comfortable in a target driven environment
  • Highly motivated individual with a thirst to earn uncapped commission
  • Must thrive in a team environment but have the ability to be a consistent individual contributor
  • Must understand and display the ability to sell an ROI based sale

Sales Executive Role

  • Minimum two years web selling experience
  • Software as a service industry experience
  • Comfortable in a target driven environment
  • Highly motivated individual with a thirst to earn uncapped commission
  • Must thrive in a team environment but have the ability to be a consistent individual contributor
  • Must understand and display the ability to sell an ROI based sale
  • Understand the SMB sales cycle
  • Not overly technical in their sales style

Finance

Credit Collector

  • Experienced in collections and able to work in a fast pace environment

Reporting to: Finance Director

  • Acting as a member of the Finance team, monitoring of Sales Ledger and actively recover monies owing to Movolytics through the outlined Collections procedures. Credit controllers liaise directly with customers and are expected to be professional, firm, courteous and behave appropriately as a representative of the company in the course of their duties.
  • The successful candidate will have previous experience in collections and will also demonstrate excellent proven results in the past.
  • This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to shine in a fast pace environment recognising success and personal achievements. The position will initially be for 3 to 4 months with possibility of extending at the end for the right person.

Main Duties:

  • Monitor all customer accounts and identify overdue monies owing to Movolytics
  • Liaise directly with clients via telephone and email
  • Chasing overdue debts and building relationships with clients
  • Manage and resolve collections & billing queries internally and externally
  • Assist with setting up new customer accounts and processing direct debit mandates
  • Ensure ordered records are kept of customer information and process any changes to customer accounts or direct debits
  • Timely communication of progress to line manager including relevant reports in Excel as required
  • Assist with invoicing runs or other large-scale customer communication
  • Work collaboratively within Collections and/or Operations teams to reach monthly targets
  • Provide back up and support to rest of the accounts team during busy periods or for particular projects
  • Any other reasonable task delegated
  • Work under pressure and high volume of transactions
The role is based in Slough town centre. Walking distance from the train station. Car park is provided on site.
