Here at Movolytics we are dedicated to always offering the very best service when it comes to our customers. There are a variety of ways that we do this. Regular training, assessing customer feedback are all ways that we want to promote what we can do for those who use our software.

With this in mind, we are incredibly proud to be recognised as a FORS associate. But what does this mean for our customers and what does it mean for us?

What is FORS?

The Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme is a voluntary accreditation scheme for commercial vehicle operators. It promotes best practice within the industry and ensures that a high level of service is met for those that are part of the scheme. With over 4,500 members, it is always growing and developing, making sure that safety, efficiency and also environmental factors are always at the forefront of fleet operators minds.

One of the biggest positives to the scheme is that it brings different aspects of the transport industry together, giving them all a chance to network, communicate, grow, learn and develop using the knowledge that they all have at their fingertips.
You can join FORS if you are a transport operator, as a champion in the industry, as a supplier (like us) or simply as a visitor who wants to know more about the transport sector and what best practice looks like within the industry.

What benefits does being an associate bring?

There is a reason why we are proud to be seen as a FORS associate. One of the biggest reasons is that it showcases that we take the quality of our service, and in turn our software, seriously. When fleet companies come to us for support and advice, they can be sure that they are getting the very best solution to their needs.

Being a part of FORS also means that we have access to training and a knowledge base that can only benefit our customers. After all, us improving our business means that you will always be getting a better level of service, and isn’t that something that every customer would want?
